Key Qualifications:

• Current and active NC Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school-based SLP setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection in accordance with district and legal standards
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing team collaboration
• Adapt therapy strategies to support the individual needs of each student within the school environment
