Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to support student achievement
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to adapt instructional strategies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and progress reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and district staff consultations
• Support students’ participation in academic and social settings
