About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to play a pivotal role in its next chapter of growth. The ideal candidate will be a growth-oriented, highly accountable, and direct communicator, with a strong operational and strategic leadership background. This role is key to creating clarity, consistency, and follow-through, while elevating the performance of leaders and teams across the business. The COO / Integrator will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution, coaching and developing leaders, and driving the company's operational and strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to build relationships, strengthen the leadership team, and drive measurable progress toward the company's goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior operational leadership role, with a proven track record of building accountability, developing leaders, and improving organizational performance. Strong financial and business acumen, experience in scaling a service-based business, and a background in partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue growth are essential. The role requires a candidate who is technology and AI fluent, and experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to establish a more accountable, scalable organization that is well-positioned to achieve its long-term growth objectives.
