About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its hospitals. The CEO will be instrumental in creating and maintaining a compassionate and thriving environment. This pivotal role involves the overall management of hospital operations and resources to ensure the delivery of the highest quality services in line with the company's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with local industry, government, healthcare providers, and the community at large. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, quality improvement initiatives, and the implementation of comprehensive outpatient care and ambulatory programs. The CEO will also be expected to lead with inclusiveness, promote cooperation, and demonstrate empathy while effectively managing the hospital's resources. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years' of experience in hospital leadership or a similar role in the healthcare industry. A proven track record in corporate planning, development, management, and multi-hospital operations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in rehabilitation or long-term acute care, as applicable, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role requires a leader who is adept at strategic planning, decision-making, and is committed to the values of the company, including stewardship, resource management, and a focus on quality improvement.
