Seeking a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This position reports directly to the Controller and offers hands-on training from an experienced team member, along with opportunities for long-term growth as the company expands.
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with cash management and tracking company transactions.
- Support general bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
- Assist with construction-related accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Work closely with the Controller and accounting team to support daily operations.
- Help maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Knowledge of AP, AR, journal entries, and cash management.
- Construction industry or construction bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn new processes.
