Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Moral Wellness Counseling Center, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and providing ethical, compassionate individual counseling through secure video sessions.

• Employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

• Collaboratively developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and track progress systematically.
\n
• Assisting clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships through reflective dialogue and therapeutic interventions.

• Monitoring progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed, focusing on fostering healthy coping mechanisms and improving overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health needs. Our clients seek guidance and support to manage everyday psychological challenges, personal growth, and overall emotional well-being. This role emphasizes the importance of building therapeutic alliances that promote healing and personal development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and fully independent license to practice, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Strong interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding towards clients.

• Proficient computer literacy skills for utilizing our integrated telehealth platform.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a clinical setting is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic approaches will be viewed favorably. Experience with telehealth services is also an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
