Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

This opportunity is set within a busy acute care hospital, where you will be providing inpatient interventional radiology services. Your role will concentrate on general interventional radiology procedures along with cerebral embolectomies, offering a focused and specialized clinical scope.

Schedule and Assignment Details

The role offers a flexible schedule with a minimum requirement of two weeks per month, covering hospital hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, including overnight pager call. The call ratio is 1:2, with an estimated 1-2 call-back instances weekly for after-hours procedures. This position is ideal for physicians seeking a balance between professional satisfaction and personal time, with the potential for ongoing engagement based on mutual fit and facility needs.

Support and Work Environment

You will be part of a collaborative team comprising multiple physicians, ensuring comprehensive patient coverage and support. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion.
• Completion of a fellowship in Interventional Radiology.
• Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience is required.
• An active Minnesota medical license is preferred, with EPIC experience being an added advantage.
• ACLS certification is mandatory.
