Invictus is looking for a high-energy, organized, and people-focused Member Experience & Sales Operations Associate to help create an exceptional experience for our members and prospective members.This is more than a front desk role. You'll be one of the primary faces of Invictus and play an important part in the member journey, from responding to a new inquiry and giving a gym tour to welcoming new members, building relationships, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.What You'll DoCreate a welcoming, professional member and guest experienceRespond to membership inquiries and consistently follow up with leadsConduct gym tours and help prospective members understand our programsAssist with new member onboarding, retention, and member outreachSupport membership accounts, billing, scheduling, and CRM accuracyMaintain an organized and professional front-of-house environmentSupport coaches and leadership with daily operational needsWho We're Looking ForYou're a strong communicator who genuinely enjoys people. You're dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities.
