We’re a fast-paced, high-standard but relaxed kitchen blending Chinese + Latin flavors with a focus on Puerto Rican cuisine. Think bold sauces, strong technique, and clean execution. Expect cooking with a wok, tight prep systems, and food that’s fun but taken seriously.

We’re looking for someone who is:

A strong leader on the line and in prep
Someone who cares about communication
Calm under pressure, consistent, and organized
Great with training cooks + holding standards
Comfortable running service, expo support, and managing daily prep lists
Focused on cleanliness, communication, and accountability
NYS/NYC Food Handlers License holder

Salary starting at $70,000.00 with benefits including PTO, Travel and Cell Phone Reimbursement benefits.

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn
