Financial Additions is searchig for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant with solid QuickBooks skills for a small office near Addison, TX. This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position.
Duties include:- Full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Record daily transactions
- Manage bank accounts and company credit card
- Account reconciliations
- Manage financial records/work with CPA
- Provide payroll, tax submissions, and other assistance as assigned
Requirements include:
- 2+ years in bookkeeper or accounting assistant-type role that used QuickBooks and handled both AP and AR duties
- Detailed and highly organized (can reponsd quickly to impromptu requests for financial records/reports)
- Analytical with good understanding of accounting principles
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information
- Dependable, punctual, good work ethic, and easy to work with
- Some college a plus
