Human Resources Generalist

At R Braun Inc. , the Human Resources Generalist partners closely with the HR Advisor and internal teams to keep people processes moving day to day. This onsite role supports full cycle recruiting while also contributing to HR programs, employee communications, and core administrative activities that help employees and managers stay aligned. Based in Saint Nazianz, WI 54232 and working in person , the position involves direct communication with potential and current employees as well as management. The hourly pay range for this opportunity is $20.00 to $25.00 . Role Overview Work closely with the HR Advisor and company staff on HR-related programs and tasks. Support recruiting activities and help ensure new hires complete the required onboarding steps. Serve as an employee advocate and maintain clear communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities Handle recruitment responsibilities including sourcing, interviewing job applicants, and conducting background checks. Schedule drug screens and review that appropriate new employee paperwork is completed. Conduct new employee orientation. Coordinate the performance review process. Assist with administering human resources policies and procedures. Support Employee Handbook questions. Assist managers with issues, performance problems, and complaints. Assist with Safety tracking and W/C administration. Develop and disseminate internal employee communications. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Complete other office duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent communication skills with potential and current employees and management.
