Desired Background & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
• Experience with school-based speech therapy (K–12)
• Background in pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary school populations
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Comfort working with diverse needs, including moderate to profound cases
• Excellent communication and team collaboration ability

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech/language challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative services tailored to student goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Work closely with educators, families, and related service providers
• Support student achievement in alignment with school objectives
