Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Prior experience or clinical training in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and design treatment plans tailored to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in alignment with students’ IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other related service providers to maximize students’ successes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and communicate results to families and educational teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute comprehensive evaluations and reports
