Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid license or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Knowledge of educational evaluation processes and IEP documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Document progress, maintain compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting multidisciplinary teams
