Mechanical Engineer

Overview Mechanical Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems ranging from small sensors to heavy industrial machinery, using CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and advanced physics. Responsibilities Design & Analysis: Create detailed blueprints, 3‑D models, and specifications; analyze for stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics. Prototyping & Testing: Build prototypes, conduct operational, stress, and fatigue testing, analyze data, and iterate improvements. Manufacturing Oversight: Oversee fabrication processes to ensure efficient, cost‑effective production with exact tolerances. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Investigate equipment failures, diagnose root causes, and recommend design or operational remedies. Project Management: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines, estimate budgets, and coordinate with vendors or clients. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred. Proficiency with CAD software, solid understanding of mechanical design analysis, and experience with prototype testing and manufacturing processes.
