We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Fleet Mechanic to help keep our operations running smoothly. Why Join Us Competitive Pay Apprentice Mechanic: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Experienced Mechanic: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour Comprehensive Benefits Package Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off Ongoing Training & Career Development What You’ll Do Maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and construction equipment (including directional drills & excavators). Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards. Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of mechanical experience (preferred in diesel engines or heavy equipment). Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus). Ability to read and follow repair manuals in English. Own set of tools required for the job.
