The overall specialties focus on Commercial Concrete – Structural Concrete, Cast-In-Place, Flatwork, Slab on Deck/Grade, Elevated Slabs, Tilt-Wall, Footings, Foundations & more. Key Candidate Qualifications Project management experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete projects. 5+ years working for a commercial concrete specialty subcontractor or self-performing general contractor. Projects include schools & educational buildings, offices, multifamily, churches, warehouses, medical, retail and other civil projects including site development and flatwork. Practical leadership abilities, such as motivation, goal setting, and conflict management. Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
