- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors while providing excellent customer service.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Maintain office organization by ensuring workspaces, reception areas, and common areas remain clean, neat, and presentable.
- Support team members with various clerical and administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily business operations.
