Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellow (CF), or speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA) credentials accepted
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work onsite–remote or virtual services are not available for this role
• Commitment to fostering student growth and effective communication
• Strong documentation, time management, and teamwork abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with educational regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents
• May support placements at specific campuses, including Overhills Elementary
