Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF) or SLP Assistant (SLPA)
• Prior school-based experience strongly recommended for success
• Ability to provide services exclusively onsite (no remote/virtual sessions)
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and delivery of student-focused interventions

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document services delivered and maintain accurate records per district policies
• Participate in eligibility, progress report, and IEP team meetings
• Offer mentorship and guidance to support staff as needed
