We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a Primary Care Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking a consistent weekday schedule in an outpatient setting.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
No Weekends | No On-Call

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under provider supervision
• Obtain vital signs and update medical histories
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations
• Assist with examinations and minor procedures
• Perform clinical documentation
• Support patient education and care coordination

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $24.50–$32.77/hour
