Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care Clinic

Location: Elk River, MN

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday–Friday, shifts between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) | No weekends

Pay: $24.50–$32.77 per hour (based on experience) + Benefits

-> Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care Clinic in Elk River, MN. You'll work alongside providers and the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment.

-> Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, vital signs, and health assessments.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Support prescription refills and patient communications.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and other clinic operations.

-> Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Previous experience in a clinic, ambulatory, or outpatient setting.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
