What You Will Work On You will lead a team of communication professionals to deliver Academy’s public relations and media strategy. Your work will include setting priorities, coaching team members, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful campaigns. You will also oversee LinkedIn content and agency partnerships to maintain consistent, compelling storytelling. In this role, you will foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will provide guidance, develop talent, and empower your team to achieve excellence while managing proactive and reactive outreach. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messages. Who You Will Work With You will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, insights, and field leadership teams to deliver seamless campaigns. As a people leader, you will mentor and develop your team while guiding cross-functional partners and external agencies to maximize impact. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
