You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to standardize workflows and surface real-time operational metrics. Hybrid — 2 days onsite in San Jose, CA. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team Conduct structured process discovery across global lifecycle marketing teams via workshops and interviews to capture end-to-end workflows Produce and maintain high-quality process artifacts: swim lane diagrams, workflow maps, RACI matrices, SOPs, and narrative process descriptions Build and maintain a centralized, version-controlled process library that keeps documentation findable and current Translate tribal knowledge into templates and playbooks that enable consistent execution across teams and regions Design and implement a process benchmarking framework, defining KPIs and measurement cadences for operational performance Instrument key workflows to track Time to Market, Time on Task, handoff latency, rework rates, and other process health indicators Conduct regular process audits to identify gaps, drift, and opportunities for improvement Produce data-driven benchmark reports and dashboards in tools like Workfront and M365 to give leadership and teams ongoing visibility Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and synthesize evidence-based recommendations for process owners and senior leadership Maintain a prioritized process improvement backlog and quantify before/after impact for changes Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role Proven experience and BA/BS degree Exceptional process documentation skills (swimlane diagrams, value stream maps, RACI matrices, SOPs, playbooks) Strong benchmarking and measurement design experience; ability to define KPIs and establish reliable baselines Solid grounding in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SAFe) Experience in email or lifecycle marketing operations with thorough understanding of end-to-end email execution workflows Advanced proficiency in Workfront and M365 for workflow documentation, tracking, and dashboards Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with operational data to produce leadership-ready analyses Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for making operational knowledge explicit and durable Pay Range $56.34 - $70.42/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
