As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of your crew, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on exceptional properties and further develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Hiring a general landscape construction foreman and a masonry specialist foreman.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are built according to plans and specifications.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring they are on-site and ready to work by 7am.
- Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew logistics efficiently.
- Track and report team hours using company-provided technology.
- Plan and prepare for upcoming workdays, including equipment and material needs.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and reporting any issues.
- Conduct safety inspections of trucks and equipment.
- Train and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to company processes.
- Assist in labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a landscaping or laborer role.
- Proficiency in operating landscape maintenance equipment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and understand landscape construction plans.
- Knowledge of materials, grading, and drainage.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Compensation
$30 - 40/hr
