Inside Sales Client Service Coordinator

To support a growing law firm, the Inside Sales Client Service Coordinator will convert incoming leads into new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experiences, working full-time in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities: Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word) Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot
