Front Desk Office Manager Location: Anchorage, AK Pay: $38/hour DOE + Growth Opportunity + Benefits after 6 Months Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Join a Growing Wellness Practice Making a Difference in the Anchorage Community! We are partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture clinic that is seeking a Front Desk Office Manager to become the backbone of their daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit, patient-focused practice where personality and culture fit are just as important as experience. The ideal candidate is professional yet personable, organized, dependable, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for patients from all walks of life. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for patients Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment management Handle insurance billing, invoicing, and payment processing Open and close the office each day Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality Coordinate with massage therapists, the chiropractor, and acupuncturist to keep daily operations running seamlessly Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff Qualifications Minimum 3 years of office management experience Minimum 2 years of medical billing or insurance billing experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of personalities and backgrounds Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Someone who values wellness, positivity, and being part of a collaborative environment Benefits Competitive starting pay at $38/hour Health benefits available after 6 months Stable Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off Opportunity for growth as the practice continues to expand Work directly alongside an owner who genuinely cares about her team and patients Be part of a respected wellness clinic that is making a positive impact in the Anchorage community #J-18808-Ljbffr
