Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will coordinate schedules, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure timely and efficient service. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. work hours: 11 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to customer locations.
• Monitor routes and provide updates to drivers as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and logs.
• Coordinate with drivers to resolve scheduling or service issues.
• Track deliveries or service calls to ensure on-time completion.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and management.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
