Intake Supervisor

To support a national technical assistance project, the full-time Intake Supervisor will manage a team of intake specialists, oversee legal case initiation and documentation processes, and develop efficient workflows for unaccompanied migrant children's legal representation, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Directly supervise 2-3 intake specialists Oversee all work related to legal case initiation, record creation, and document verification Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures for legal case intake Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years managing projects, tasks, or personnel Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships Experience developing workflows and protocols for project management
