General Certification Requirements BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: Any PT requirements for practicing in the state of WV Common Dx/Types of patients: General ortho (hips, knees), generalized weakness, strengthening, cardiac rehab All our patients are seen in the home health setting We currently have a therapist that lives in Randolph and Pocahontas, so those areas are covered. Ideal would be someone helping to cover Webster/Nicholas Counties, but we are willing to work with whatever we have available General duties listed under PT job description; open, positive attitude about learning Epic system and doing their best to provide excellent care to our patients PT Manager/Supervisor: Kelli Gregory and Lacy Hamrick Rehab aides: We currently have 4 PTAs We do allow self-scheduling. PTs are free to move patients around on their schedule according to area if it meets the initial and reassessment guidelines No weekend requirements No holiday requirements Navy Scrubs or Khaki bottoms with navy polo Orientation would take place at the Gassaway office with learning Epic documentation; each orientation is tailored to clinician need—obviously with a travel contract we would want that to happen as soon as possible.
