\n Position Overview \n

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join a patient-centered imaging team in Houston, TX . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in an outpatient setting , offering regular weekday hours, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment focused on quality care and diagnostic excellence.

As a Mammographer, you will perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards, providing outstanding service and comfort to every patient.

\n Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• \n

  Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms using digital and/or 3D mammography equipment.

\n
• \n

  Ensure accurate image acquisition, positioning, and exposure techniques.

\n
• \n

  Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and maintain a compassionate, professional manner.

\n
• \n

  Assist Radiologists during breast imaging procedures, including biopsies as needed.

\n
• \n

  Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with MQSA and ACR standards.

\n
• \n

  Support a safe and efficient workflow in a collaborative outpatient imaging environment.

\n

\n Qualifications \n

\n
• \n

  Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

\n
• \n

  Certification: ARRT (R)(M) required; current BLS certification preferred.

\n
• \n

  Licensure: Valid Texas Medical Board (TMB) license as a Medical Radiologic Technologist.

\n
• \n

  Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent mammography experience preferred; proficiency with 3D/tomosynthesis equipment strongly desired.

\n
• \n

  Compliance: Meets MQSA requirements, including continuing education and case documentation.

\n
