Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen (CCDOM) is a non‑profit social services agency that serves more than 68,000 clients per year across Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren counties in NJ. We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor 119 to join our Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team in Bridgewater/Flemington, NJ. Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year Responsibilities Supervise direct‑care staff providing community‑based crisis services to youth aged 0‑21 in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren Counties. Oversee daily program operations including records reviews, clinical needs support, on‑call coverage, and crisis management guidance for assigned staff. Interface with system partners, community agencies, and coordinate services. Requirements Provisional license (LAC, LSW) working toward full licensure, or full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Previous supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of Children’s System of Care preferred, not required. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
