VIP Guest Services/Door Staff

Job Description

TG Solutions Inc. is hiring four professional and dependable VIP Guest Services/Door Staff members for an exclusive book signing and release event at the prestigious Hotel del Coronado.

We're seeking polished, confident individuals who can provide exceptional guest service, maintain a professional presence, and contribute to an elegant, well-organized event experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with entry and check-in.
Maintain a professional presence at designated entrance and exit points.
Distribute event cards to departing guests.
Participate in a coordinated, staged briefcase escort as part of the event presentation.
Assist with guest flow and event coordination.
Follow instructions from the client and event coordinator.
Maintain discretion, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Professional, confident, friendly, and dependable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Prior event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Must have the required formal attire.
Must arrive on time for the 3:30 PM walkthrough.

Additional Details

Pay: $24.00 per hour for the four-hour assignment.

One paid 10-minute rest break will be provided, staggered to maintain event coverage.

Street parking is available. Paid parking will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt.

This is a guest-services and event-presentation position. No licensed security or enforcement duties are involved.
