Mandarin/Chinese Fluent Inventory Specialist

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX 77064 (Near Jersey Village)

Job Summary

KS Staffing Group is currently seeking a Mandarin/Chinese Fluent Inventory Specialist for a growing distribution and logistics company located near Jersey Village. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with inventory control experience who can communicate effectively in both Mandarin/Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
Process inventory transactions in the warehouse management system.
Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors, suppliers, and team members.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Assist with audits and other inventory-related projects.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English (required).
Previous inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
