What You'll Do

• Complete service requests with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pool, and general maintenance projects.
• Inspect amenities, common areas, and community grounds to ensure exceptional curb appeal.
• Partner with vendors, contractors, and team members to complete projects effectively.
• Follow safety standards and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building positive resident relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Have previous apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, or related maintenance experience.
• Possess working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or building systems.
