Let's grow together.Join our Washington Square Nespresso as a Boutique Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail boutique. You will partner closely with the Boutique Manager and the Assistant Sales Manager to oversee daily store functions, manage inventory, and uphold safety and compliance standards, all aimed at enhancing both employee and customer experiences. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively guide the back-of-house team while also supporting front-of-house operations. Enjoy work that makes a positive impact on people and the planet.What We Offer:A free Nespresso machine and coffee product allowance401k with company matchEducational reimbursementHealth and mental wellness programsDE&I resource groupsCommuter benefitsPet adoption reimbursementEmployee recognition programDiscounts at over 2,000 companiesWhat You Will Be Doing:Operations and Inventory Management: Partner with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure adherence to Retail Operations Procedures and Best Practices.IT Systems Management: Ensure that all technological systems function correctly by troubleshooting issues and managing IT support tickets.Store Services: You will maintain, teach and train employees on the coffee roaster, engraver, and the tasting bar.Omni Services Coordination: Manage the fulfillment of customer orders, including same-day delivery and online in-store pickups, ensuring that all services are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.Operational Efficiencies: Continuously identify areas for improvement within operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies by conducting regular audits, inspections, and maintenance checks.Team Leadership and Development: Guide, support, and coach the back-of-house team of 2, to deliver exceptional customer experience through adherence to operational standards.General Support: Assist the leadership team with various projects and tasks as business needs arise, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.What You Will Bring:High School Diploma or GED required3+ years' experience in retail or customer service industry related professionExperience in operations or back of house preferredProven ability to effectively lead and influence people; leadership experience preferredProcess and detail oriented with a systematic approach to workYou will be an analytical problem solver; capable of identifying areas of inefficiency and creating solutionsAvailability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidaysAble to travel up to 10% for required meetings or trainingPreferred Additional Experience:1+ years previous experience in an Operations Lead or Manager roleExperience directly supervising a team of 2+ employeesAbility to work on the sales floor on weekends and as needed during the weekPrior experience successfully streamlining operational and organizational processesHighly tech savvy with MS Office, Adobe, and AI toolsThe approximate pay range for this position is $57,000 - $76,000/year plus annual bonus eligibility. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
