CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Physical Therapist, you will provide compassionate, personalized care in the home. Our skilled staff improve lives by providing care for our patients wherever they call home. We are focused on caring for patients recovering from injuries, living with a chronic illness, and other medical needs.Every day, you will evaluate and treat disabilities, injuries and disease using a range of manual therapy, modalities and exercises as well as providing education and consulting services. The Physical Therapist complies with all regulatory, professional, ethical, quality improvement and facility standards, performs charting and patient progress notes as well as supervision, training and assistance to department personnel. The Physical Therapist serves in a multidisciplinary capacity providing services to a wide variety of populations which may include pediatric, medical/surgical, orthopedics, outpatient. Homecare services are also provided and may increase travel frequency.To thrive as a physical therapist, you must be a team player. You'll constantly collaborate with other therapists, patients, and their families to seek the best possible treatment outcome.
