Escobar Law PLLC is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is more than a receptionist position—we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our firm. We promote from within whenever possible and provide opportunities to advance into legal support and other administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with client intake and administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff
• Provide excellent customer service to English- and Spanish-speaking clients

Qualifications

• Bilingual REQUIRED (English and Spanish)
• Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or front office experience (law firm experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
