Strategic Implementation Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a Strategic Implementation Manager to serve as a senior forward-deployed domain expert — an embedded partner for our most complex, highest-stakes enterprise accounts. This role involves:

• Owning Syndio's most strategic accounts end to end.
• Partnering daily with senior customer stakeholders — VPs of Total Rewards, compensation leaders, and executive sponsors.
• Running and interpreting pay equity analyses, guiding compensation and total-rewards conversations, and advising customers on workplace equity strategy.
• Leading complex, multi-product implementations and migrations.
• Operating at global scale, navigating multi-region org structures and stakeholder maps.
• Delivering "Value Realization" storytelling to help flagship customers recognize milestones and tangible ROI.
• Shaping how we support forward-deployed expertise for critical accounts.
• Partnering with Product, Revenue Marketing, and Engineering to represent customer voices.

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards.
• Significant experience implementing or managing enterprise SaaS customers.
• Strong project management and project-planning skills.
• Comfortable operating at global scale and navigating large, matrixed organizations.
• Credible and confident with senior stakeholders.
• Prior people-leadership experience is a plus.
• Passionate about closing pay and opportunity gaps.
• Thrives with autonomy and ambiguity.
• Proactive and organized.

Requirements

• Ability to perform a pay equity analysis and interpret results.
• Experience with high-stakes engagements.
• Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships at the VP and executive level.

Role progression

• Within 1 month: Completed onboarding and built a deep understanding of assigned strategic account(s).
• Within 3 months: Leading customer conversations independently and running domain-level work.
• Within 6 months: Trusted expert and primary point of contact for strategic account(s).

The interview overview

• 30 min interview with a member of our Talent Team.
• 30 minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager.
• Three video interviews with several key team members.
