Key tasks include system deployment and configuration for RHEL7/8 and SuSE Linux, system security management using RMF and associated DoD security practices, deployment and testing of authentication and identity management software, review and define configurations, create automation scripts to deploy and configure assets, support testing & demonstration, provide support for troubleshooting, patching, hardening, configuration management, participate in, and provide expertise for, technical interchange meetings.Required skills include 8570 IAT-II certifications (or higher) - baseline (ex. Security+) and CE (ex. Linux+), Linux Administration (RHEL 7/8). Desired skills include DevSecOps team experience LAMP Web Services Software stack, VMWare Server administration, Radix/eMASS (or similar scanning tools), GitLab Administration, ServiceNow Application/Systems Administration experience, OpenSearch Cluster experience. BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is required plus 8 or more years related experience. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 140,000 to 214,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
