Arizona Licensed Medical Policy Analyst

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support medical policy development, the remote Medical Policy Analyst (Level I/II) will perform technology research, evaluate clinical evidence, and develop coverage guidelines while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Conduct medical technology research to inform coverage guidelines and policy decisions Evaluate and summarize clinical evidence for new technologies and develop medical coverage criteria Facilitate external reviews and contribute to clinical coding governance initiatives Required qualifications Arizona nursing license or compact license covering Arizona Minimum AA degree in nursing; BS degree preferred LPN certification required; RN preferred Prior experience in utilization management and healthcare policy development Strong writing skills with experience in policy documentation
