Utilizes established specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements, applying experience and judgment to deliver effective outcomes. May oversee the daily activities of team members within a defined area.

Provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to individuals or teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business operations. Uses business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes, while managing incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email. Maintains accurate files, records, calendars, and diaries, and supports logistical needs such as arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and tracking expenses as required.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
