Technical Support Engineer

Owning the product layer of a complex system, the full-time Member of the Technical Staff - Product will manage the API surface, billing processes, and self-serve capabilities while working remotely across North America. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain the system of record for capacity quoting, reserving, funding, and billing Design and operationalize the full API surface connecting infrastructure components Implement and manage billing, invoicing, and settlement processes, ensuring transactional correctness Required qualifications Proven technical experience with significant impact, spanning three years or more Proficiency in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of transactional correctness Experience in API design, including OpenAPI, versioning, and backward compatibility Familiarity with Kubernetes or bare-metal infrastructure Background in billing and payments, marketplaces, or multi-tenant access systems
