• Licensure/Certifications: Active RN license, BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years PACU or Pre/Post-op experience, Epic experience required, Level 1 trauma/outpatient experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the PACU following cardiac and vascular surgeries such as CABG, AAA repair, TAVR, EVAR, and more
• Monitor post-operative patients, ensuring safe recovery and readiness for transfer
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic electronic health record system
• Respond to patient or provider calls during shifts, including weekend coverage
• Support patient advocacy and education during recovery process

What You Need:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 2 years PACU, Pre/Post, or related critical care experience
• Experience with Epic EMR system required
• Ability to handle level 1 trauma/Outpatient procedures (preferred)
• Charge nurse experience (preferred)
