Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, both in-person and virtually, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to empower clients in achieving and surpassing their mental health goals.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical services, including ongoing assessments and case notes according to company protocol.

• Offer exceptional customer service and rapport-building with clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, medical professionals, and educators to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Implement creative interventions tailored to each client's unique cultural background and identity to enhance engagement and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintain a consistent client workload of at least 25 client-facing sessions weekly, allowing for a balanced professional and personal lifestyle.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to foster professional development and relationship-building.

• Stay responsive to communications from the Clinical Director and other supervisory staff, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position involves working with diverse individuals grappling with substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health issues. You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, understanding their unique life experiences, cultural backgrounds, and individual needs to provide personalized support and interventions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their journey towards recovery and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience in completing comprehensive clinical documentation, including intake assessments and treatment plans, with a track record of timely submission.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, family members, and other professionals.

• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while building rapport with clients.

• Proficient use of Office 365 applications and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
