- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

- Build trust through meaningful conversations and recommend consulting solutions that align with each client's needs
- Present Bet-David Consulting's services, events, and educational programs with confidence and professionalism
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation through close
- Meet with clients virtually, in our Fort Lauderdale office, and in person when appropriate
- Develop and maintain your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and proactive business development
- Track activity and client interactions within our CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to a high-performance team culture

- 2+ years of success in sales, business development, client-facing, or other performance-driven roles preferred
- Experience with consultative, relationship-based, or solution-oriented selling is a plus
- Experience engaging decision-makers or business owners is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
