Marketing Specialist, Business Segment Perimeter Security (BSPS)

The Marketing Specialist, Business Segment Perimeter Security (BSPS) is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through the planning and execution of high-impact tradeshows, customer events, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key partner to Product Management, Sales Leadership, Training, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling event experiences, support product launches, and create marketing content and collateral that effectively communicate the value of BSPS solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about delivering exceptional marketing programs that support business objectives while maintaining consistent messaging and brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or 2+ years of professional marketing experience
• Experience planning and executing events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Ability to create marketing and sales materials in partnership with product management and sales teams.
• Excellent time-management skills and comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification to support trade show setup, teardown, and event logistics.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with event support and material distribution.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, industry events, and customer-facing marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Manage event logistics, including booth coordination, promotional materials, vendor relationships, shipping, and on-site support.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, digital content, and sales enablement materials that align with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Training teams to support product launches, campaigns, and customer communications.
• Track and analyze marketing and event performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and return on investment.
• Demonstrated ability to own a project from concept to launch
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency through technology, collaboration, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Contribute as a positive, creative team member who is flexible, collaborative, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to support team success.
