Job Role: The Sales Engineer (Service) leads efforts to grow and manage customer accounts by combining technical knowledge with strategic sales experience. This role identifies customer needs and develops service solutions that support the reliability, performance, and ongoing maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems—while ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction. Key Duties Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions that improve system reliability, performance, efficiency, and lifecycle value. Sell and manage service and preventive maintenance agreements, including renewals, expansions, and upgrades. Develop technical and commercial proposals for service agreements, maintenance contracts, repairs, retrofits, and service projects. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope while maintaining company profitability and customer value.
