Regional Sales Director (Great Lakes)

Role: Regional Sales Director for Great Lakes, leading sales growth and strategic partnerships within the diagnostic solutions sector, focusing on lung disease testing.
Responsibilities
building and managing a high-performing sales team, cultivating relationships with pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, and hospital stakeholders, and executing regional sales strategies to meet targets. Requirements
Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record in healthcare commercialization, preferably in pulmonology or diagnostics; ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred qualifications include experience in diagnostic sales and familiarity with lung disease or related modalities. The position demands strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation
