Rio Hydraulics Service TechnicianResponsibilitiesService conducting service calls,Inland and/or Offshore majors,Inland and/or Offshore surveys,maintaining a high level of communication and service to our customers.Responsible for equipment and consumables for job and any items to complete the task(s) asked of them.Responsible for cleanliness of the technician vehicle.Responsible in helping keeping shop area cleanProject Management Work with Hydraulic Supervisor, Branch Manager, Division Manager and/or Office Coordinator on scheduling repair and re-man projects to ensure projects are completed on time.Responsible for letting the Service Manager know if help is needed on projects to complete the repairs in the allotted time.Inventory and Recording Responsible for making sure that all parts taken from inventory are written down and all paperwork is turned into the Office Coordinator.Responsible for making sure all parts not used on the job are turned back into Inventory Control Department.QualificationsEducation High School or GED DiplomaPractical Experience TWIC CardValid Driver's LicenseMinimum of 2 years of experience in marine service industryGood communications skillsPhysicalAbility to lift and carry 50lbs for extended distancesAbility to work in any and all adverse weather conditionsAbility to climb ladders, stairs and gangways up to 25 feet in heightAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch and work above head for extended periods of timeAbility to operate Rio Marine vehicles in a safe and courteous mannerPersonal BackgroundMust be capable of acquiring valid TWICMust have valid drivers licenseMust have clean driving record with no DWI convictionsMust pass a criminal background checkMust be able to pass a drug and alcohol testPractical ExperiencePrevious experience in electrical service industryGood communications skillsProfessional manner in dealing with other employees, management and customersOrganizational SkillsBasic mechanical skillsFull Compensation Package Available to include:Competitive SalaryMedical, DentalCompany truck
